Authorized Payment Withdrawal Plan (APW)

Your monthly utility bill amount is withdrawn from your bank account on the billing due date and automatically credited to your EPCOR account. You'll never have to worry about missing a bill payment.

To sign up for the Authorized Payment Withdrawal Plan complete the following steps:

To sign up by mail or fax, complete the following steps:

1. Download and print the APW form.
2. Fill out the form (make sure it is signed).

Equal Payment Plan (EPP)

Averages your utility costs over a 12-month period so that you pay an equal amount each month. This lets you know in advance how much your monthly bill will be, making budgeting easier.
