You can use the following options to submit your electric meter readings.
1. Online:
You can use our online meter reading submission tool to submit readings taken within the last 2 days.
2. By phone:
- EPCOR will also accept phone-in electric meter readings for customers in Edmonton using our automated telephone system at (780) 412-7888. If the line is busy during business hours or outside of business hours, you can leave a voicemail with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Site ID. This information can be found on your EPCOR electricity bill
- Daytime telephone number
- Meter reading
