Administration Charge


What is the Administration Charge?

The monthly Administration Charge is the regulated cost to provide customer services and call centre functions, produce your bill and liaise with your Wires Owner. The Administration Charge is billed for each site (service location) on your EPCOR statement. This charge is approved each month by the Alberta Utilities Commission.


The cost of providing regulated services varies with each regulated provider in the province.
