Options for Submitting Your Meter Reading

You can use the following options to submit your water meter readings.

1. Online:

You can use our online meter reading submission tool to submit readings taken within the last 2 days.

2. By phone:

1. EPCOR will also accept phone-in electric meter readings for customers in Edmonton using our automated telephone system at (780) 412-7888.
2. If the line is busy during business hours or during off business hours, you can leave a voicemail with the following information:
   1. Name
   2. Address
   3. Account Number. This information can be found on your EPCOR water bills.
   4. Daytime telephone number
   5. Meter reading.
