Edmonton Water Services from EPCOR
On April 1, 2003 the basic service charge and cost of water used increased by the projected cost of inflation less one-half a percent, in accordance with the City of Edmonton bylaw governing water rates. It will be a nominal increase. Residential water rates have been stable since 1994.
