Billing
- Residential bills will be issued every two months - February, April, June, August, October, December.
- Most commercial and multi-residential bills will be issued monthly.
Payments
- Payments can be made at most banks, ATM, internet and phone banking.
- Payment can be mailed to the address below.
- We also accept payment by cash, money orders or cheque at our EPCOR office listed below.
- Pre-authorized payment plans are available, contact our office for information. The payee name on your statements will be EPCOR Wh Rock.
