Completing Your Sign-On Package - As Easy As 1-2-3-4!
Below is the entire sign-on package to be completed in full and returned to the Human Resources Department no later than the date specified in the email sent to you along with access to this site. Follow the 4 steps below to complete your sign-on package.
PLEASE NOTE: failure to complete this entire process will result in a delay in your pay and benefits enrollment.
Step 2 - Provide Photocopies

Please make photocopies of the following personal documents:
- Social Insurance Card - In the absence of a SIN Card we will only accept a "Notice of Assessment" tax form from Revenue Canada.
- Driver's License

Step 4 - Complete the Sign-On Process

Please assemble all documents and return to EPCOR Human Resources via email (careers@epcor.ca), fax (780-412-3553), or mail to:

Driver's license photocopies are best sent via email, as faxes do not normally come through clearly.
All forms must be returned no later than the deadline specified in your offer of employment email.
