What is the role of the MSA?
The Market Surveillance Administrator (MSA) monitors the Code of Conduct Regulation. The MSA is an independent body appointed by the Minister of the Department of Energy. All members are free of interests or connections to the Alberta electric industry. EPCOR's Compliance Officer represents EPCOR when communicating with the MSA, and is accountable for EPCOR's compliance with Code requirements.
