Emergency 24-hour pager

EPCOR maintains an emergency pager (780) 470-1720 for the media which can be accessed after regular business hours.  This number is available for media with inquiries regarding:

• Power outages in Edmonton ONLY.
• Disruptions to water service in Edmonton or communities served by EPCOR.
• Other emergency situations.

Media inquiries after business hours regarding non-emergency issues will be handled the next business day.
Please note: information regarding power outages outside of Edmonton can be obtained by contacting the local distribution company (Enmax, FortisAlberta, ATCO, or local operators).
