We understand there are many significant needs within our communities and that it takes considerable time and energy to prepare a request for support. Respecting this, we have developed program guidelines to assist you in determining if your request is applicable to our program.
How to Apply
- Review the Eligibility and Exceptions.
- If your request meets the criteria outlined in Eligibility and Exceptions, read the required information section below to ensure you have gathered all the information necessary to complete the online form.
- Complete the online application form.
Due to the large volume of requests we receive, we are unable to respond to telephone, fax or e-mail inquiries regarding the status of your request.
Required Information
Here is a complete list of questions which must be answered in order to complete the online application form.
- What is the name of your organization? Does it operate under any other names?
- Do you know of any EPCOR employees active in your organization, or have you spoken to anyone at EPCOR about this application?
- Who is the primary contact person?
- What is the address of your organization?
- What kind of request are you making?
- If approved, by what date would you require EPCOR's funding or support?
- What is the geographic scope of your request or program?
- What is the name of the project?
- Describe your project - briefly tell us about your plans.
- Are other funding partners involved in the project?
- Has your organization received funding from EPCOR in the past five years?
EPCOR's decision:
Your application will be reviewed and if we require further information, we will contact you. Our goal is to respond to your request within six weeks of receiving your proposal.
Note: We are not able to respond to short notice requests for support so please plan accordingly. Please submit your application at least 8 weeks before support is required.
Organizations receiving EPCOR support will be required to provide a final report detailing the results and benefits achieved as a result of funding. |
