Road to Excellence 

Road to Excellence is EPCOR's vision for community investment. This vision focuses on innovation and creativity and fosters excellence in youth by encouraging exceptional leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Road To Champions

EPCOR launched the following initiatives in conjunction with EPCOR’s sponsorship of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games.

• Sports Excellence Award
  EPCOR offered local sports organizations in selected communities where it operates an opportunity to apply for funding to assist in the development of amateur athletes.
• Youth Excellence Arts & Culture Award
  EPCOR provided an award to youth in selected communities where EPCOR operates who demonstrate a drive for excellence in the category of Arts & Culture.
• GE and EPCOR - Gold Medal Plates
  GE and EPCOR presented national fundraising dinners in support of Canadian Olympic athletes through the Canadian Olympic Foundation's two initiatives: Own the Podium 2010 and Road to Excellence, supporting winter & summer athletes.

Education

• EPCOR Education Program
  EPCOR's education initiatives aim to inspire students in their daily lives to make positive choices and question their attitudes and values with respect to water, energy use and the environment. Through education, EPCOR helps students grow into critical thinkers, problem solvers, team players and the leaders of tomorrow.
