Youth Excellence Arts & Culture Award
The Youth Excellence Arts & Culture Award was directed to youth in selected communities where EPCOR operates. Those eligible for the award were youths between the ages of 8 and 21, who were pursuing excellence in arts and culture (i.e. dance, music, visual arts, literary arts, theatre arts). The Youth Excellence Arts & Culture Award (up to $2,500.00) was designed to provide unique development opportunities to individuals beyond their regular activities, to support them in their pursuit of excellence in arts and culture.
Please note that 2009 is the final year for the EPCOR Youth Excellence Arts & Culture Award. The award, which was available each year since 2006, was developed in conjunction with EPCOR’s sponsorship of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games to encourage young athletes and artists in their pursuit of excellence.
