Water Services Community Advisory Panel

Purpose

EPCOR places a high priority on obtaining public input and opinion into all aspects of service delivery. The Panel was originally established in 1993 to provide input to water efficiency issues, and in 1997, its role was expanded to include a wider range of water-related issues.

The Community Advisory Panel is made up of a cross section of business and residential customers, acting as a community sounding board to advise EPCOR Water Services and provide feedback on policies and programs that have an impact on customers and the community in general. The Committee provides public, customer and stakeholder input on emerging issues, including water efficiency, legislative and technological changes, pricing, customer care, watershed management, etc.
