Gold Bar Land Transfer Rezoning Update
Further to the acquisition of the Gold Bar Facility a transfer of land to EPCOR is required to complete the transaction and further rezoning of existing land(s) is proposed to accommodate the Gold Bar operational requirements. The application process to facilitate these transactions is being led by the City of Edmonton Planning Department. As part of the City Planning Application process Gold Bar area residents have been notified of the application and a public meeting was held on April 20, 2010 to allow residents to provide feedback.
At the meeting EPCOR shared information on the future plans for the Gold Bar facility.
